Choose the support that’s right for you.

Grief Support

When someone you love dies, the world can feel unrecognisable.

Grief affects every part of life, and there is no right or wrong way to experience it. Together we'll create a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, process your emotions and learn to carry your grief without feeling consumed by it.

Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you don't have to navigate it alone.

Which Service is Right For You?

Emotional Shift Coaching may be right if you...

  • Feel stuck in life or work.

  • Struggle with anxiety, overwhelm or self-doubt.

  • Want to rebuild confidence.

  • Feel emotionally drained or disconnected.

  • Know something needs to change but don't know where to start.

The Value of Group Support

There can be something deeply comforting about realising you are not carrying everything alone.

Group coaching offers a gentle, supportive space to reflect, learn, and grow alongside others who may also be navigating grief, change, or emotional transition in their own way.

Many people find that hearing shared experiences helps reduce feelings of isolation, builds self-understanding, and creates a sense of connection during periods that can otherwise feel lonely or overwhelming.

There is never pressure to share more than feels comfortable, and the space is held with care, respect, and emotional safety throughout.

Coming Home to Yourself

Grief Support Programme

If you are navigating identity change, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or a period of life transition where you no longer feel fully connected to yourself, this programme offers structure and compassionate support to help you move forward with greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional steadiness.

When life changes us, it can leave us feeling lost, disconnected, uncertain, or unsure how to move forward in a way that still feels true.

Coming Home to Yourself is designed to help you better understand your emotional patterns, rebuild self-trust, and create meaningful, sustainable change through a trauma-informed and supportive coaching approach.

Combining reflective coaching with CBT-informed tools and emotional support, this programme offers space to explore the thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, and internal narratives that may be keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who you are becoming.

Together, we work towards building greater emotional awareness, healthier coping strategies, renewed confidence, and a steadier relationship with yourself during periods of change and transition.

The approach is supportive, grounded, and paced in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

Included in the programme:

  • Weekly coaching sessions

  • Guided workbook and reflective exercises

  • CBT-informed coaching tools and mindset support

  • Emotional awareness and regulation techniques

An 8-week structured grief support programme combining psychoeducation, reflective work, and emotionally focused exploration to help you make sense of grief, relationships, and the impact of life-changing experiences.

This programme is designed to help you understand not only what you are feeling, but why certain patterns, responses, and emotional experiences may be showing up for you.

Alongside supporting emotional processing, we gently explore the relational impact of grief, including what may feel unresolved, unspoken, or difficult to express, and how this can shape your internal experience of loss, connection, and self-understanding.

Rather than rushing toward “moving on,” this programme focuses on helping you build awareness, make meaning of your experience, and begin to release what may feel emotionally held or unprocessed in a safe and supported way.

The approach is structured, reflective, and paced, combining education about grief with guided exploration of thoughts, emotions, and relational dynamics.

Included in the programme:

  • Weekly structured sessions

  • Psychoeducational teaching on grief and emotional responses

  • Guided reflective exercises and workbook materials

  • Exploration of relational patterns and unspoken dynamics

  • CBT-informed tools for emotional regulation and coping

  • Support in making sense of grief responses and internal narratives

This programme may support you if you are experiencing:

  • bereavement or significant loss

  • relationship breakdown or emotional rupture

  • grief connected to identity, fertility, or motherhood

  • difficulty expressing or processing emotions

  • feeling “stuck” in thoughts, patterns, or unresolved feelings

  • a sense that something remains unspoken or unresolved in your experience
