My Story

I am a trauma-informed, ICF-trained coach supporting you through grief, identity loss, and emotional transition when life no longer looks how you expected.

Before becoming a coach, I worked as a barrister. That experience shaped the way I work today, calm, grounded, and able to hold space for complexity, emotion, and change without rushing people towards quick answers or solutions.

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I understand that grief is not always linear, and it is not always connected only to bereavement. Sometimes grief shows up in becoming a parent and losing parts of yourself along the way. Sometimes it lives in the gap between the life we imagined and the life we are actually living.

Sometimes it appears quietly, as disconnection from who we once were.

I support clients navigating:

• grief and loss

• identity shifts and emotional overwhelm

• parenthood and changing sense of self

• unexpected or emotionally difficult life transitions

Alongside my ICF coaching training, I hold Mental Health First Aid qualifications in both adult and youth mental health, and I work from a trauma-informed coaching approach that integrates structured, CBT-informed tools where appropriate.

I offer both 1:1 coaching and structured group programmes designed to support emotional rebuilding, self-understanding, and identity realignment in a way that feels sustainable and honest.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief:

Life can change you, and you are still allowed to find your way back to yourself.
