Coming Home to Yourself
Trauma-informed coaching for navigating grief, identity shifts and emotional transitions.
Life can change you, and you are still allowed to find your way back to yourself.
How I Can Help
You may be navigating:
grief and loss
identity changes after parenthood
emotional overwhelm or disconnection
life transitions that feel difficult or unexpected
the feeling that life no longer looks how you imagined
uncertainty about who you are now
Through trauma-informed coaching, I offer space, structure and support to help you process change, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels honest and sustainable.
What Working Together Looks Like
I do not believe people need fixing or forcing through change, my approach is calm and supportive.
Coaching with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying and begin rebuilding in a way that feels comfortable and true to you.
Together, we may explore:
emotional patterns and internal narratives
identity shifts and grief
self-trust and emotional resilience
navigating uncertainty and change
reconnecting with the parts of yourself that feel lost or disconnected
Sessions combine reflective coaching, emotional processing, and structured tools where appropriate, always at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
Not Sure Where To Begin?
I offer a free introductory call to help you explore whether coaching feels right for you and whether my approach is the right fit for your needs.
There is no pressure or obligation, simply a supportive space to ask questions, talk through what you are navigating, and see what kind of support may feel most helpful.
My Story
I am a trauma-informed, ICF-trained coach supporting people through grief, identity loss, and emotional transition when life no longer looks how they expected.
Before becoming a coach, I worked as a barrister. That experience shaped the way I work today, calm, grounded, and able to hold space for complexity, emotion, and change without rushing people towards quick answers or solutions.
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I understand that grief is not always linear, and it is not always connected only to bereavement. Sometimes grief shows up in becoming a parent and losing parts of yourself along the way. Sometimes it lives in the gap between the life we imagined and the life we are actually living.
Sometimes it appears quietly, as disconnection from who we once were.
I support clients navigating:
• grief and loss
• identity shifts and emotional overwhelm
• parenthood and changing sense of self
• unexpected or emotionally difficult life transitions
Alongside my ICF coaching training, I hold Mental Health First Aid qualifications in both adult and youth mental health, and I work from a trauma-informed coaching approach that integrates structured, CBT-informed tools where appropriate.
I offer both 1:1 coaching and structured group programmes designed to support emotional rebuilding, self-understanding, and identity realignment in a way that feels sustainable and honest.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief:
Life can change you, and you are still allowed to find your way back to yourself.

The Value of Group Support
There can be something deeply comforting about realising you are not carrying everything alone.
Group coaching offers a gentle, supportive space to reflect, learn, and grow alongside others who may also be navigating grief, change, or emotional transition in their own way.
Many people find that hearing shared experiences helps reduce feelings of isolation, builds self-understanding, and creates a sense of connection during periods that can otherwise feel lonely or overwhelming.
There is never pressure to share more than feels comfortable, and the space is held with care, respect, and emotional safety throughout.

An 8-week structured grief support programme combining psychoeducation, reflective work, and emotionally focused exploration to help you make sense of grief, relationships, and the impact of life-changing experiences.
This programme is designed to help you understand not only what you are feeling, but why certain patterns, responses, and emotional experiences may be showing up for you.
Alongside supporting emotional processing, we gently explore the relational impact of grief, including what may feel unresolved, unspoken, or difficult to express, and how this can shape your internal experience of loss, connection, and self-understanding.
Rather than rushing toward “moving on,” this programme focuses on helping you build awareness, make meaning of your experience, and begin to release what may feel emotionally held or unprocessed in a safe and supported way.
The approach is structured, reflective, and paced, combining education about grief with guided exploration of thoughts, emotions, and relational dynamics.
Included in the programme:
Weekly structured sessions
Psychoeducational teaching on grief and emotional responses
Guided reflective exercises and workbook materials
Exploration of relational patterns and unspoken dynamics
CBT-informed tools for emotional regulation and coping
Support in making sense of grief responses and internal narratives
This programme may support you if you are experiencing:
