Gabrielle D Coaching
Grief & Life Transition Coaching in Chesham and Amersham
Life can change you, and you are still allowed to find your way back to yourself.
Trauma-informed coaching for navigating grief, identity shifts and emotional transitions — offered one to one, walking side by side in the Chilterns countryside, or in a small group of people who understand.
If you're struggling with grief, or life has changed shape around you and you're not sure who you are in it any more, you don't have to work that out alone. I work with people across Chesham, Amersham and the surrounding villages — in person, outdoors, or online — always at a pace that feels manageable for you.
My Story
I'm Gabrielle. I came to this work the way most people do — through my own experience of loss and change, and the slow discovery that there is a way through, even when you can't see one.
I'm a trauma-informed coach, and my work sits alongside you rather than ahead of you. There's no fixing, no timeline, and no version of "moving on" you're supposed to reach. Just steady, gentle support while you find your way back to yourself.
How I Can Help
Grief Coaching
Support for living with loss — whether it's recent or long ago, and whatever shape your grief takes. There's no right way to grieve, and no deadline for it.
Emotional Transition Coaching
For the changes that quietly change you — motherhood, endings, new chapters, the moments you look up and don't quite recognise your life. Coaching for finding your feet again.
Both are available as one-to-one sessions, Walk and Talk sessions outdoors in the Chilterns, or as part of a small group programme.
Grief Café
If reaching out for coaching feels like too big a step right now, the Grief Café might be a kinder place to begin. It's free, friendly and local — a chance to sit with others who understand, with no pressure to talk and nothing to sign up to.
