Grief Support Programme
An 8-week structured programme for making sense of grief, loss and life-changing experiences — in a small group, held gently, near Chesham and Amersham.
What is the Group Support Programme?
An 8-week structured grief support programme combining Psychoeducation, reflective work, and emotionally focused exploration to help you make sense of grief, relationships, and the impact of life-changing experiences.
This programme is designed to help you understand not only what you are feeling, but why certain patterns, responses, and emotional experiences may be showing up for you.
Alongside supporting emotional processing, we gently explore the relational impact of grief, including what may feel unresolved, unspoken, or difficult to express, and how this can shape your internal experience of loss, connection, and self-understanding.
Rather than rushing toward “moving on,” this programme focuses on helping you build awareness, make meaning of your experience, and begin to release what may feel emotionally held or unprocessed in a safe and supported way.
The approach is structured, reflective, and paced, combining education about grief with guided exploration of thoughts, emotions, and relational dynamics.
ACCPH accredited course, integrating CBT-informed tools where appropriate.
